This policy explains what personal information Nash Global LLC, trading as Nurtura, collects when you use getnurtura.com, why we collect it, and what control you have over it. We are the controller of that information.

What we collect

Information you give us: name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, and anything you write to us in a support message or product review.
Order information: what you bought, when, order value, and subscription status.
Payment information: handled by our payment processors. We never see or store your full card number.
Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site, and how you move through the site.

Why we use it

To process, ship and support your orders, and manage subscriptions.
To send order confirmations, shipping notices and renewal reminders.
To answer your questions and handle refunds.
To send marketing emails, where you have opted in. You can unsubscribe from any of them.
To measure and improve our site and advertising.
To detect and prevent fraud and abuse.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with service providers who need it to run the business:

Shopify — our ecommerce platform, which hosts the store and processes orders.
Payment processors — to take payment securely.
Shipping carriers and fulfilment partners — to deliver your order.
Subscription management — to run Subscribe & Save.
Email and support tools — to send your order emails and answer your messages.
Analytics and advertising partners, including Meta and Google — to measure our advertising and show relevant ads.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our Terms, or in connection with a sale or reorganisation of the business.

Advertising and cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember preferences, measure traffic, and understand which ads bring people to our store. Some of these are set by third parties such as Meta and Google.

Sharing information with advertising partners for targeted advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under some US state privacy laws. You can opt out — see below.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work properly if you do.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

Tell you what personal information we hold about you.
Correct it if it is wrong.
Delete it, subject to records we must keep for legal and accounting reasons.
Stop using it for marketing.
Opt out of targeted advertising and of any "sale" or "sharing" of your information.

To exercise any of these, email privacy@getnurtura.com. We will not discriminate against you for asking. We may need to verify your identity, usually by confirming details of a recent order.

California residents

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act you have the rights listed above, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. You may use an authorised agent. Contact privacy@getnurtura.com.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as needed to support you and to meet tax and accounting obligations. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe. Support messages are kept while they are useful for handling your account.

Security

The site runs over encrypted connections and payment data is handled by PCI-compliant processors. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information and to limit who can access it.

Children

Our site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Products formulated for children are sold to adults. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
