These Terms govern your use of getnurtura.com and any purchase you make from it. The site is operated by Nash Global LLC, trading as Nurtura ("Nurtura", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. Products intended for children are for purchase by a parent or guardian.

2. Our products

We sell dietary supplements and related wellness products. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Nothing on this site is medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement, particularly if you are pregnant or nursing, taking medication, or managing a health condition. Products intended for animals are not a substitute for veterinary care — consult your veterinarian.

Individual results vary. Testimonials and reviews reflect the experience of the individual and are not a promise of results.

3. Orders and pricing

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay for that order.

We work hard to keep listings accurate but do not warrant that every description, image or price is error-free. Where an obvious pricing or description error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders at our discretion — for example where we suspect fraud, resale, or abuse of our guarantee.

4. Subscriptions

Subscribe & Save is optional. Terms, billing intervals and cancellation are set out in our Subscription Policy, which forms part of these Terms. There is no minimum term and you may cancel at any time before your next renewal.

5. Refunds

Our 30-day money-back guarantee is set out in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Shipping

Delivery timings are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping Policy.

7. Your content

If you submit a review, photo, comment or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our business, including in marketing. You confirm the content is yours to give and is accurate. We may remove content at our discretion.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, product names and page design — is owned by or licensed to Nash Global LLC and may not be copied, scraped, republished or used commercially without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site unlawfully, to attempt to gain unauthorised access, to interfere with its operation, to scrape or harvest data, or to use it to transmit malicious code.

10. Disclaimers

The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nash Global LLC, its officers, employees and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site or our products.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to that claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nash Global LLC from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site or products.

13. Binding arbitration and class action waiver

Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the site or our products will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

You and Nurtura each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action, class arbitration or representative proceeding. Claims may be brought only in an individual capacity.

Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court instead, if it qualifies.

30-day opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@getnurtura.com with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out", including your name and order number, within 30 days of your first purchase. Opting out will not affect any other part of these Terms, and will not affect your guarantee.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to it.

16. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in force.
