Subscription Policy

Subscribe & Save is optional on every Nurtura product. This page explains exactly how it works, what you'll be charged and how to stop — in plain language, before you sign up.

How it works

  • You choose Subscribe & Save at checkout and receive 20% off every order, including the first.
  • Your subscription renews every 28 days unless you change or cancel it.
  • The price and delivery interval are shown at checkout before you pay, and again in your confirmation email.

There is no minimum term

You are not locked in for a number of months. There is no minimum order count, no cancellation fee and no retroactive charge if you cancel early. You can cancel after your first order.

We remind you before every charge

We email you ahead of each renewal, telling you what is coming and how much it will be. That email includes a direct link to skip, change or cancel.

Cancelling — four ways, all of them easy

  1. Your account portal — one click, no questions, effective immediately.
  2. The link in any subscription email — goes straight to the same portal.
  3. Email support@getnurtura.com — we action it and confirm in writing.
  4. Phone (949) 867-7565 — leave a message with your order number and we'll cancel it and confirm by email.

Cancel any time before your next renewal date and you will not be charged again. We do not require advance notice.

Skipping, pausing and changing

From the same portal you can skip a single delivery, pause for a set period, change the delivery interval, swap products or update your address and payment details.

Refunds on subscription orders

Subscription orders are covered by the same 30-day money-back guarantee as one-time orders. If a renewal charges and you'd rather it hadn't, email us — we'll refund it, and you keep the product. See our Refund Policy.

If a payment fails

We'll retry the payment and email you. If it still fails, the subscription pauses automatically rather than continuing to retry indefinitely. Nothing ships until payment succeeds.

California residents

Under California's Automatic Renewal Law you may cancel at any time. The cancellation routes above are available to you, and cancelling through the account portal takes effect immediately.
